What Made You Try EverBridal?

"It didn't seem like there were any risk involved like it was a pretty money back guarantee kind of thing. We just figured why not give it a shot, see how it goes. And it was very... Yeah. I mean you can get your money back if it's not working. Pretty affordable. So, we figured why not try it for a while and if it doesn't work, we can always, you know, get out of it, but it's been working well for us. So, we're pretty pleased."

What was um your biggest challenge? Prior to working with EverBridal?

"Just getting the leads. I mean, getting the leads in general, having people find us now. I think SEO plays such a big part in it and we were always so far down in searches and uh we're having trouble with some of our other marketing that we just weren't showing up high up on the list and we know that we have a good venue and if we can get people in the door, we know we can book them. It was just hard to actually get people to know about us. So, that was our biggest concern."

How has your experience with Ever Bridal been?

"Uh, it's been really good. It was a very easy process. Uh just a couple quick, you know, training sessions and things to set up. They went through all of our ads with us to make sure we approved of everything they were going to put out. We've noticed a lot more leads coming in. I think... Yeah. People are finding us a lot easier and we're just we have a lot more people coming in the door, finding us online than we did before."

What results have you seen?

"Very good results. I bet we're up at least like... So just like the the leads, the tours that we've had is up probably 80%. Yeah, leads for sure have been up a ton. Um, bookings. We're getting a lot of people inquiring about 2027, which is a little far out for people to be booking. So, it's... But I would guess last year at this time, we were extremely like way lower than normal. So, last year this time we had five bookings for 2025. Yeah. And now for 2026, we have like 23. Yeah. Okay. So like our ear more than last year. We're ahead of schedule where we need to be for like setting ourselves up for the next year."

With summer here, how do you feel about keeping your marketing going, especially knowing it can set you up for 2026? How was the last year?

"The lead flow was awful. Yeah. We just didn't have any leads coming in. I mean the knot, you know, everyone on the knot. We were so down on the knot last year. Like we just did not see any leads coming in at all. There had to be something wrong. I just I just booked a wedding last weekend and bride said she searched us everywhere on the knot. She searched the knot for like her venue type that she wanted. She was searching high and low and the only reason she found about out about us was because of word of mouth. So like she's not really on social media so she wouldn't have found us that way. And then we're not showing up on the knot at all. And we pay $25,000 a year to be on it."

How do you feel about not only being found through social media ads, but also the way we bridge the gap between digital leads and getting couples to actually show up at the venue?

"I think it got was really overwhelming at first. Yes. At first, cuz we had so many leads. Yeah. And we weren't used to that kind of like... It was good. It was good, but we were just like volume was a lot. Yeah. The volume was insane. Let's just say that I think we had like we were each doing like nine tours a week for the first few weeks. The communication was good. I think it's night people like that instant like communication. Yeah. It's nice that we can have it automated to a certain point and then when they start asking what dates are available, we can take over and communicate that. I think that's been really helpful. Um the reminder emails are or text messages are great. We have gotten more the ability to text them I think is really nice. Yeah. Without having to use like our personal numbers. It's huge cuz I... Yeah. I hated using my own personal number for any of that. So being able to like get through them on their phone an easy text without having to like give them our personal numbers is huge."

What would you say to someone who’s considering working with EverBridal or thinking about joining a demo call?

"Yeah, I'd say to give it a shot for sure. Like I said before, the risk is minimal. There's really no risk. I mean, there's money back guarantee. There's get out of it anytime. Um month-to-month contract, you might as well give it a shot and see if it works for them. But we've been very happy with it. So, uh I can say that it works for us"
