“Farida: So, like I said, I was working with another company and what I really appreciated about your company was that you provided great support as well as customization and personalization, which was really important to me”
During the onboarding process, when did you realize that the team was truly capable of delivering the results we promised?
“There were a few things definitely um of course being a small business cost was very important and I appreciated the fact that you were very conscious of the fact that I was hesitant to start with a new uh company and the fact that I really wanted to make sure that we were seen as an authentic organization or company to my clients and you were very much willing to support that”
How long did it take to actually start seeing results?
“So I started seeing results pretty quickly. I would say within the first two weeks, I already saw an increase in leads. And then I would say in two I I believe it was like a month and a week like yeah like maybe five or 6 weeks the tours started getting a bit overwhelming. So that's when I knew I was like, "Wait a minute. I'm there's a lot of tours coming in. And I said, "There's definitely something here."
Before EverBridal, approximately how many tours were you receiving per month or per quarter? And after about 90 days working together, how did those numbers change?
“I would say with my prior company, we were doing maybe two to three tours a week. So averaging about six tours a month or maybe a little bit, yeah, six to eight a month. And then when I started working with you guys, like I said, a little over four to six weeks, I was looking at I want to say like 24, depending on the month, 24 to 26 tours. Um, not leads leads way more than that, but tours a month were almost triple.

So, I really appreciate that. And what I've shared with other people who I tell to consider Everbridal is work with them because they're really um looking to help you as a venue and not just work as a business”
