Prior to joining EverBridal, what were you doing to attract couples?

"We were on Wedding Wire and the Knot and Zola."

What was it prompted you to explore another marketing option?

"I'm sure if anyone has worked with Wedding Wire and the Knot and Zola, they would understand why we left out. Very difficult to work with. They are very high pressure. They tell you right away, if you don't do this, if you don't expand your thing, you will get lost. We will make sure you get lost. um they're very high pressure and I was just tired of it. I was tired of all of that. So I thought there has to be something else out there"

How was your onboarding experience with EverBridal and the process of getting everything set up for your business?

"Um they were uh the there was a team um they were very helpful. They you know requested pictures from me, information from me. They said, "Hey, we're gonna kind of brand everything all together with pictures from your place. Tell me if you like this, what you want to change." And then we have catering through there, too. So, they took our catering menu and made it match the branding that they had created for the pricing brochure. So, everything looks very seamless now. It's it's a very nice, what would you want to call it? Display. I mean, when it goes to the people, I mean, everything looks all the same. And it's I mean, it's beautiful. People I've asked everyone that has come. I mean, there are some weekends when I do six, seven tours a weekend and they're all from Everbridal. They've all found me on the ad that pops up when they start to, you know, look at weddings and they say, "We never even heard of you." Um, cuz that is our thing. We are out in the middle of nowhere. So, usually if we can get them out there and show them how beautiful everything is and how this is all them, you know, we can usually win them over. It's just that they have to find us. So, that's what you've certainly helped us with"

How many tours were you doing before working with EverBridal?

"Maybe two or three a weekend. And I will say the way that you confirm it with them and remind them and give them the address, give them the time. I mean, that is all very helpful. That definitely makes them respond. And if there has been a cancellation, you guys respond to that. Let me know. No, I mean it's always it's all very very well done"

What challenges did you face with bookings before?

Before working with EverBridal, The Barn at Woodridge hosted around 2–3 tours per weekend. After implementing EverBridal’s marketing system, that number increased to 6–7 tours per weekend, roughly 30 tours per month.

How many weddings have you booked through EverBridal, and what impact has it had on your business?

"We are booked now for 2026. Right now we have um 28 weddings which is an awful lot booked from April through mid November of next year. 18 of them have come from you guys in the amount of time that we've been with you. So that's wonderful. And 3 more for 2027"

What do you feel has made the biggest difference in how you attract and connect with couples?

"I said, I do ask them when they come in, how specifically how did you find us? And they all say um they either clicked on the ad that they saw when they were scrolling or it popped up on their phone. So that is definitely what's working. Uh they see the ads and the ads are beautiful that you make. I mean they are absolutely beautiful. Your marketing team is doing their job well"

If someone is on the fence about booking a call with EverBridal, what would you tell them?

"Uh, to definitely give you a try. You It is a totally totally different vibe and support than anything else that's out there. It really is... We um, we're very happy"

"Um, like I said, everyone that I have met, that I've worked with, um, I am, as my kids call me, old school. So, they have been all so patient, so understanding. So, let's take it step by step. I mean, really, really a great team you have truly. I mean, they are all very passionate of helping. They I always feel they're very passionate about helping. So, I think that's great. I mean, it doesn't feel like they're just there for their job, you know, they really they bring their whole personality into it."
